This session offers participants the opportunity to connect insights from the Master Class to their own work and practice. Through interactive activities and guided reflection, the lab emphasizes applying new knowledge, integrating diverse perspectives, and identifying concrete steps for continued growth beyond the event. This session will be facilitated by your Moderator.

Lauren Dickinson, PhD, is the Associate Director of Graduate Faculty Mentoring and Advising Initiatives at the University of Minnesota. In this role, she supports and strengthens mentoring and advising practices across the University—particularly those that foster inclusive, meaningful, and sustained relationships between faculty and their graduate and postdoctoral mentees. Lauren has over 13 years of experience in faculty engagement and support and recently completed her doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at the University of Minnesota, with a dissertation centered on faculty motivation to engage with intercultural learning. Lauren’s particular area of expertise is intercultural communication, education, and training and integrates these elements into her work with faculty.
