SUMMARY:Education Session: Integration & Application Lab
DESCRIPTION:This session offers participants the opportunity to connect ins
 ights from the Master Class to their own work and practice. Through intera
 ctive activities and guided reflection\, the lab emphasizes applying new k
 nowledge\, integrating diverse perspectives\, and identifying concrete ste
 ps for continued growth beyond the event. This session will be facilitated
  by your Moderator.\n\nLauren Dickinson\, PhD\, is the Associate Director 
 of Graduate Faculty Mentoring and Advising Initiatives at the University o
 f Minnesota. In this role\, she supports and strengthens mentoring and adv
 ising practices across the University—particularly those that foster inc
 lusive\, meaningful\, and sustained relationships between faculty and thei
 r graduate and postdoctoral mentees. Lauren has over 13 years of experienc
 e in faculty engagement and support and recently completed her doctorate i
 n Organizational Leadership\, Policy\, and Development at the University o
 f Minnesota\, with a dissertation centered on faculty motivation to engage
  with intercultural learning. Lauren’s particular area of expertise is i
 ntercultural communication\, education\, and training and integrates these
  elements into her work with faculty.
