SUMMARY:Research Session: Integration & Application Lab
DESCRIPTION:This session offers participants the opportunity to connect ins
 ights from the Master Class to their own work and practice. Through intera
 ctive activities and guided reflection\, the lab emphasizes applying new k
 nowledge\, integrating diverse perspectives\, and identifying concrete ste
 ps for continued growth beyond the event. This session will be facilitated
  by your Moderator.\n\nJana Hollá is a facilitator\, consultant and educa
 tor working at the intersection of Cross-cultural Competence and Diversity
 \, Equity\, Inclusion &amp\;amp\; Belonging (DEIB). With over 17 years of 
 global experience spanning tech\, infrastructure\, transport\, and relocat
 ion services —as well as cultural\, educational\, and public institution
 s including EU bodies— in the Middle East\, Europe and the U.S.\,Jana is
  adept at fostering effective and meaningful working relations across cult
 ures\, identities\, perceived realities and lived experiences. Her approac
 h emphasizes understanding the nature of difference\, complexity\, and sen
 se-making to transform individuals\, teams\, and organizations. Holding a 
 PhD from Charles University in Prague\, she brings both academic rigor and
  practical insight to her work. Originally from Slovakia\, she has made Ca
 iro\, Egypt her home since 2004. Beyond her professional life\, Jana finds
  joy in exploring new places and their peoples by immersing herself in loc
 al histories and cultures through seemingly aimless wandering.
